Here are just some of the activities that are taking place to help raise money for the Charlotte Blackman Memorial Fund.
FUN DAY AT HEANOR TOWN FC - SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER 2015
Heanor Town FC are hosting a free fun day to raise money for the fund, which is currently raising money to help train Lottie - a potential support dog for children with autism.
The fun day will run from 11am - 5pm. Nearly 30 stalls, the Derby Rollerboot, Mascot walkaround, bouncy castles and much much more, PLUS, don't miss Derbyshire Constabulary Vs Aldercar Youth football match - which kicks off at 2pm.
SKY DIVE IN MEMORY OF NIECE CHARLOTTE
Charlotte's Uncle, Douglas Blackman, and his friend Lloyd Meheux took on the challenge of doing a sky dive in a bid to raise money for the fund.
The sky dive took place on 5 April 2014 at Headcorn in Kent.

AUTISM AWARENESS BRACELETS, NECKLACE, EARINGS & KEYRINGS
Lily's Little Gems have kindly agreed to make Bracelets, Necklaces, Earings and Keyrings to raise funds for the Charlotte Blackman Memorial Fund.
Prices start from as little as £3.50, with half the money raise going to the Charlotte Blackman Memorial Fund
